Domaine de Petit Roubié is a benchmark producer of Picpoul Pinet and one of the region's pioneers of growing organic wine. The Domaine's 80 hectares of vineyards are located in the heart of Languedoc, in Occitanie, and are divided between municipalities of Pinet, Florensac, Marseillan, Castelnau de Guers, and Mèze.

The Domaine's owners, Olivier and Floriane Azan embarked on their agricultural adventure in the late 1970s with apple orchards just outside Montpellier. They moved to viticulture in 1981 with the purchase of Château Petit Roubié and the estate's original 15 hectares of vines.

By the mid-1990s, the Azan family had converted the Domaine to organic wine growing, making Petit Roubié the first organic Picpoul de Pinet producer. The family's vineyard holdings include Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tannat, Carignan, and Sauvignon Blanc; however, their focus is always firmly on Picpoul.

This vivid, zippy white perfectly reflects its maritime proximity in your glass with notes of sea breeze, lemony citrus, green apple, and white flowers on the nose. Hints of peach and exotic fruit meet delicate salinity ride through the palate finishing with gorgeous, lemony minerality.

Picpoul is like liquid sunshine in the bottle, and it's the ultimate thirst-quencher on a hot summer day. Pair with all of your seafood creations, especially shellfish.
