Chateau Juvenal Les Garrigues Ventoux Rouge 20

Les Garrigues is produced with consulting winemaking legend, Philipe Camby. The blend features 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah, sourced from a variety of the family's best vineyard plots. These 30-50-year-old vines are located on slopes with southern exposure and are harvested manually to ensure perfect ripeness.

 

If you were a fan of the Ribes du Vallet, you'll love Les Garrigues. In the glass, you'll find that same deep red pomegranate color opening to complex aromas of dark cherry, blueberry, red and black currant, and lavender, with the fruit transferring beautifully from the nose to the palate. Black pepper, charcuterie, and plenty of garrigue lead the middle palate to a juicy finish filled with spice and dark fruit. There's just enough tannin for the dinner table; however, it makes a great casual red-sipper as well.
